Reflected gearman runner

For https://github.com/nyeholt/silverstripe-gearman/, (*1)

Run ./reflected_runner.php, (*2)

Outputs log info to stdout, so redirect to somewhere., (*3)

Doesn't restart itself, so look for something else to do that in case it crashes, (*4)
