PHP Markdown Rewritten

A rewrite of the PHP Markdown class by Michel Fortin., _(*1)

Which in turn is a port to PHP of the original Markdown by [John Gruber][3]., _(*2)

The original port works great, however the code is a bit of an outdated mess (sorry Michel)., _(*3)

Although I have just started with the rewrite it can already be used in projects, however
please note that the class is subject to change and that things may break in
the future., _(*4)

All credits should go to both John Gruber and Michel Fortin for doing all the work
since I'm just cleaning it up., _(*5)
