Unofficial PSR-4 compliant version of the FPDI library for TCPDF, _(*2)

This is version 1.5.1 of FPDI (with some minor changes:, _(*3)

the library is namespaced in fpdi. To create instance use, _(*4)

$fpdi = new \fpdi\FPDI();, _(*5)
directory structure follow the PSR-4 standard with src/ as root, _(*6)
removed all "is_subclass_of($this, 'TCPDF')" as we support only TCPDF, _(*7)

Installing with composer

The package exists in the packagist repository as onigoetz/fpdi_tcpdf, _(*8)
