Consumes the SmartCall Restful API instead of using the SmartCall Restful Proxy and requiring to having instances running java and tomcat in order to vend airtime. Reconcilliation against your SmartCall account is outside of the scope of this package. SmartCall provides various daily reports in order to recon all your transactions, which were successful, simcard stats, etc., _(*2)
