Usage
AbnValidator::isValidAbn('53 004 085 616'); // -> true
AbnValidator::isValidAbn('0'); // -> false
AbnValidator::isValidAcn('005 749 986'); // -> true
AbnValidator::isValidAcn('53 004 085 616'); // -> false (that's an ABN!)
