SilverStripe Installer

Requirements

This installer requires you have the following:, _(*1)

• silverstripe/cms ^3.5
• silverstripe/framework ^3.5
• Composer
• npm
• Elixir
• Gulp

Installation

Use composer to quickly create a new project:, _(*2)

composer create-project gorriecoe/silverstripe-installer

Next install the packages required for development., _(*3)

npm install

During development run, _(*4)

gulp watch

To minify assets ready for production run, _(*5)

gulp watch --production

Developing multiple themes

By default gulp with compile myresources/default. If you need to complile a different theme you can specify it it with the parameter --theme for example:, _(*6)

gulp watch --production --theme=mythemename
