Simple Widgeting System For Bespoke CMSs

PLEASE NOTE: This is a very early commit and very much a work in progress., (*1)

Widgetron provides content widget functionality to applications such as bespoke content management systems., (*2)

Currently an html implementation is available which takes advantage of DOMDocument to parse and serialise given content., (*3)
