Module for Cawa Framework that resize image with dynamic url

Be aware that this package is still in heavy developpement. Some breaking change will occure. Thank's for your comprehension., _(*1)

Resize image with url like img.wXXhXX.png to img.png with correct dimension
Width & height are optionnal and image will be resize with correct aspect ration
Return an 404 default image if the image is not found
