Битриксовый компонент для добавления статических областей на сайт, (*1)

Возможности

Компонент позволяет контент-менеджеру менять содержимое html-блоков с помощью встроенных средств «1С-Битрикса» не ломая при этом вёрстку., (*2)

Реализованно с помощью создания собственных параметров компонента для каждого шаблона в .parameters.php., (*3)

Идея позаимствована у Антона Долганина., (*4)
