git clone https://github.com/sexcod/Tiga.git  
Composer update

Or create a project by Composer (_recommended_), _(*3)

Composer create-project neos/tiga 

Test in PHP builtin server, _(*4)

php -S localhost:80 
Now, type in your browser: http://localhost

Requirements:

• [x] PHP 5.5.+ (7+ it's cool!)
• [x] PDO & database driver(s)
• [x] Composer
• [x] OpenSSL
